The housing market – what can we say about it that hasn’t already been said.  Well while it refuses to do what we want it to do it is consistent in one regard – it fluctuates backwards and forwards from being a seller’s market to a buyer’s market, and sometimes it sort of settles in the middle.

Did you know that having a strong leader is super important to a lot of people?  It definitely is to me. While I don’t have the figures for NZ I did read an article that said that 50% of people in the US alone left their last role to escape poor management.
